We are passionate about organic and vegan products, and have visited the lovely Bulgarian mountains on many occasions, and are helping the farmers find a market for their superior organic saffron, that is natural and tested to be the finest quality.
Certification
Our Saffron is tested in a French laboratory and achieves ISO-3632-2 Grade 1 classification for taste, aroma and colour.
